Returns and refunds

For standard, non-custom products, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel and return an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us first at hi@fxrz-team.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Custom and personalised products

Because many Tubino Design products are made to order, customised, personalised, or produced using a customer’s logo/design, these items cannot be returned or refunded simply because of a change of mind once the work has started, the sample has been produced, or the custom product has been prepared.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Custom logo samples
- Custom DTF transfers
- Reflective or holographic samples made with your logo/design
- Personalised merch or small-batch custom orders
- Any product produced specifically for your brand, team, event, or project

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hi@fxrz-team.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund.

Exchanges

Because many items are custom-made, exchanges are not always possible. If you need a different size, quantity, effect, or product type, please contact us and we will advise you on the best next step.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
