Shipping and delivery
Tubino Design ships custom samples, print products, DTF transfers, reflective and holographic print elements, and small-batch merch-related products.
Because many of our products are custom-made or prepared using a customer’s logo, design, or artwork, production time may vary depending on the type of product, quantity, file quality, and current workload.
Processing and production time
Standard logo samples and small custom orders are usually prepared after we receive all necessary order details, including:
- Logo or design file
- Print size
- Quantity
- Product type
- Chosen effect, if applicable
- Delivery country
- Any special deadline or notes
Production does not begin until we have the required information and, where applicable, payment has been completed.
If your order is custom, personalised, or requires file checking, we may contact you before production.
Delivery times
Delivery times shown on the website, checkout, email, or message are estimates only.
Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time after production is complete. For custom orders, total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
If a delivery time is specifically agreed with you, we will do our best to meet it. If no specific delivery time is agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days where required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery areas
We currently prepare orders for customers in Slovakia and Europe.
For other countries, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether shipping is available and what the estimated cost may be.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated or confirmed depending on the product, order size, destination, and delivery method.
For some custom or larger orders, shipping may be quoted separately after we understand the size and details of the order.
Customs, duties, and import charges
For deliveries outside Slovakia or outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, strikes, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, or events outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us at hi@fxrz-team.com and we will help check the status where possible.
Lost or damaged packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged, or if the item inside is defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund.
Local pickup or special delivery
If local pickup or special delivery is available, this will be agreed with the customer before or after the order is placed.
